Yelizaveta Krasnova is a Russian-born Lithuanian sprinter athlete, who competes in the 100m and 200m, as well as the 4x100m relay. She was represented Russia until June 29, 2012 and was eligible to represent Lithuania in National Representative Competitions from June 30, 2021. She is a national medalist and one of the most talented athletes of the country.

Yelizaveta Krasnova was born on August 17, 2002. She started in athletics as a kid and developed her skills in the sprints.

Yelizaveta Krasnova started her competitive career in 2019, competing at the Moskva Russian Indoor Championships and Cheboksary Russian Championships, but unfortunately failed to reach the finals in both competitions. Meanwhile, during the season she earned the 300m gold and 4x200m silver at the Moskva Student Stars competitions, but also reached the final at the Volgograd Russian U18 Indoor Championships, finishing 6th.

In 2020, Yelizaveta Krasnova competed only during the indoor season, taking part in the Volgograd Russian U20 Indoor Championships and St. Petersburg Russian U23 Indoor Championships, but did not qualified for the finals. However, she reached the finals at the Moskva Student Stars competitions, but finished 6th.

In 2021, Yelizaveta Krasnova won the 4x200m silver at the Bryansk Russian Cup. She also competed at the Bryansk Russia Team Championships, Ufa Russian U20 Championships, and Moskva U20 Indoor Championships, but did not reached the finals.

Yelizaveta Krasnova won her first junior medal from national championships in 2022, earning the bronze at 4x400m relay at the Kazan Russian U23 Championships. During the season, she was competed at the Cheboksary Russian Championships, Kazan Russian U23 Championships, and Moskva Russian Indoor Championships, but again failed to qualify for the finals and fight for the medals. She earned the 400m hurdles silver medals at the Moskva U23 Regional Championships and Bryansk Russian Cup.

In 2023, Yelizaveta Krasnova earned her first national medal, winning the 4x100m relay silver at the Chelyabinsk Russian Championships. She also earned the 4x100m relay gold Zhukovskiy Russian Cup and the 400m hurdles bronze medals at the Moskva Sprint Festival and Moskva Znamensky Brothers Memorial. She also competed at the Moskva Russian Indoor Championships and Ulyanovsk Russian U23 Indoor Championships in 200m, as well as Yekaterinburg Russian U23 Championships and Chelyabinsk Russian Championships in 100m, but did not reached the finals.
