Isabel de Quadros is a Brazilian track and field athlete, who competes in the pole vault. She is a South American Championships Silver medalist and South American U23 champion. Her personal best in the event is 4.32m.

Isabel de Quadros was born on June 13, 1999, in Porto Alegre, Brazil. She started in athletics as a kid and quickly showed great results in pole vault.

Isabel de Quadros started her competitive career in 2014, earning a pole vault bronze in the prestigious Montevideo Torneo Carlos Echezarreta Gilard in Montevideo, Uruguay with 3.20m. During the season she also won the gold at the San Carlos Torneo Darwin Pineyrua with 3.50m.

In 2015, Isabel de Quadros won the silver at the São Bernardo do Campo Brazilian U18 Championships, as well as the bronze medals at the Joacaba Jogos Abertos de Santa Catarina and Sao Bernardo do Campo Brazilian Junior Club Championships, improving her personal best to 3.67m.

In 2016, she continued improving her results, winning the gold at the Trabzon Gymnasiade and silver at the Porto Alegre Brazilian U20 Championships. She also earned the bronze at the Concordia South American U18 Championships with a new personal best of 3.70m.

Isabel de Quadros made her national championship debut in 2017, finishing t5h at the São Bernardo do Campo Brazilian Championships. She also finished 4th at the Trujillo Pan American U20 Championships but earned the bronze at the Sao Bernardo do Campo Brazilian U20 Championships. At the Sao Bernardo do Campo Meeting she again improved her personal result to 3.93m.

Isabel de Quadros covered the 4-meter level in 2018, making a personal best of 4.10m at the Braganca Paulista Brazilian U20 Championships, where triumphed with the gold. Meanwhile, she reached the 4-meter mark four times more during the season, winning the silver at the Concepcion del Uruguay GP Antonio Silio and Sao Paulo Torneio Cesar Palermo Kassab, and the gold at the Campinas Torneio FPA, and bronze at the Cuenca South American U23 Championships, all with 4.00m. She earned the silver at the Sao Paulo Panamericano Universitario and Porto Alegre Brazilian U23 Championships, as well as finished 6th at the Braganca Paulista Brazilian Championships.

In 2019, Isabel de Quadros earned her first national medal, winning the bronze at the Braganca Paulista Brazilian Championships with 4.06m, which was her season best. Meanwhile, she earned gold at the Circuito Bandeirante, Desafio CBAt/CPB, and Torneio Atletismo Paulista, but also competed at the Lima South American Championships, finishing 5th.

In 2020, Isabel de Quadros earned the silver at the Sao Paulo Brazilian Championships, as well as the gold at the Braganca Paulista Brazilian U23 Championships.

Isabel de Quadros made her strongest season in 2021. She made her biggest achievement by winning the silver at the Guayaquil South American Championships with 4.00m. She also earned the silver at the Sao Paulo Brazilian Championships, while at the Campeonato Paulista de Atletismo, she triumphed with the bronze and a result of 4.17m. Later during the season she improved this result and set a personal best of 4.25m, winning the gold at the Guayaquil South American U23 Championships, while at the end of the year won the gold at the Cali Pan American Junior (U23) Games with 4.20m.

In 2022, Isabel de Quadros continued dominating the pole vault in Brazil and South America, winning the gold at the Cochabamba South American Athletics Indoor Championships with 4.10m. During the outdoor season, she earned the gold at the Sao Paulo International Meeting, setting a personal best of 4.32m. She also won the bronze at the Rio de Janeiro Brazilian Championships and Asuncion South American Games but also finished 4th at the La Nucia Ibero American Athletics Championships.

In 2023, Isabel de Quadros won the bronze at the Isabel de Quadros and the silver at the Cuiaba Brazilian Championships but also finished 4th at the Sao Paulo South American Athletics Championships. During the season she jumped over 4.00m in every competition she took part in.
