Molly Caudery is a British athlete who competes in the pole vault event. She is a Commonwealth Games silver medalist and European U20 and U23 Championships silver medalist. Her personal best in the pole vault is 4.75m.

Molly Caudery was born on March 17, 2000, in Truro, England. She started in athletics at a young age but developed her skills at school.

Molly Caudery started her competitive career in 2015, winning the pole vault gold at the Birmingham UK Youth Development U20/U17 and Bedford England U17/U15 Championships, as well as the Manchester UK School Games, Cardiff Christmas Classic and Grangemouth SIAB Schools’ International. She also won the silver at the Hendon South of England Junior Championships.

In 2016, Molly Caudery overcame the 4-meter barrier and achieved a personal best of 4.06m, winning the gold at the Yeovil U17 Events. She won the gold at the Bedford England U23/U20 Championships and Birmingham ECCC Group A. She competed at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games but finished 5th.

She also debuted at the Diamond League, finishing 5th at the Muller British GP. She also earned the bronze at the Chorzow European Athletics Team Championships Super League and Meeting Iberoamericano.

Molly Caudery won her most prestigious honor so far in 2022, winning the silver at the Birmingham XXII Commonwealth Games. She also earned the silver at the Muller UK Athletics Championships. During the season she also finished 7th at the Munich European Athletics Championships and competed at the Eugene World Athletics Championships. She also earned the gold at the Venizelia – Chania International Meeting, the silver at the Meeting Iberoamericano, and the bronze at the Filothei Women Gala.
